Meet the team

We are a small group of project professionals

Tim Laycock

Tim sees things differently. He thrives on thinking outside of the box to solve the most difficult problems to allow him to deliver challenging projects. He revels in the detail and enjoys building and managing highly motivated teams. A keen Rugby enthusiast, whilst his playing days may be long gone, he is able to maintain this enthusiasm in his coaching role.

Gareth Chambers

A proven team leader with excellent communication and management skills. Gareth sets high standards and drives project teams with enthusiasm and determination to deliver positive outcomes. Gareth enjoys all sports particularly football, though sadly he has hung up his boots now. He also coaches junior cricket as well as being involved with the local running club.

Garry Nisbet

Garry is a resourceful and proactive project manager who, throughout his career, has developed a passion for the regeneration of towns and cities. Garry prides himself on his client driven approach and his ability to not only understand their needs, but also to successfully communicate project objectives to the diverse range of stakeholders involved.

Howard Metcalf

Howard brings an ethos of collaborative working to a project team. He has a particular focus on understanding what value means to a client and building project teams to deliver success in a timely and effective manner. Howard has applied himself to his career in order to feed his habit of playing and listening to music, watching his beloved Leeds United and Leeds Rhinos and, when work allows, escaping to foreign climbs.

Chris Grek

Chris is a smart and enthusiastic Project Manager who brings almost fifteen years experience in private development and public sector delivery. Originally from Liverpool, Chris’ work has taken him across the North-West, Midlands and Yorkshire where he now lives. When not working (all hours), Chris enjoys the Yorkshire life with cycling and dog walks in the countryside.

Luke Roscoe

An exciting young talent, Luke brings youth and enthusiasm to the business, assisting on some of the most exciting projects currently being delivered in Manchester. A keen Rugby player who is already at a coaching level which only serves to demonstrate Lukes commitment and leadership abilities.

Mark Edge

Mark brings with him almost twenty years’ experience of Project Management consultancy during which time he has worked alongside both public and private organisations covering most industry sectors. Mark has an eye for detail and so is able deliver complex projects from concept through to completion. Away from work Mark spends as much time as possible with his family walking and indulging his passion for photography.

Sarah Bannister

The glue that holds it all together. Sarah runs all aspects of the company business allowing the team to do what they do best, delivering complex regeneration programmes and projects. Sarah is able to do all of this whilst running her other business...managing Richard and being a mum to her two young boys.

Dewi Davies

A highly competent and self-motivated professional, Dewi has over twenty years’ proven experience in providing leadership to complex projects. His passion lies in devising and delivering efficient and elegant solutions, through roles that deliver valuable outcomes. Dewi contributes a broad perspective and draws from proven leadership, co-ordination, communication and technical capabilities in directing multidisciplinary team activities through the project lifecycle. Dewi enjoys exploring, but when at home is happy applying his hand to woodwork and cookery.

Harry Harrigan

Following a successful career in the Royal Air Force, Harry brings a flexible and adaptable approach to project management. His management style enables him to use key skills unique to each facet of any project. Harry’s key strengths come from developing strong working relationships through effective leadership, collaborative working methods and clear communication.

Emily Dickson

Joining as a Graduate, Emily has experience following an APM accredited Project Management Degree including, a Project Management Qualification (PMQ) and an APM Undergraduate Student of the Year 2018 Award. She is also a member of the YNL (Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire) committee board; a platform she uses to enhance Project Management across the education sector. Outside of work, Emily enjoys exploring her interests in sports and adrenaline outdoor activities.

Dan Walker

Daniel is a competitive and self-motivated apprentice who is working towards a Level 4 NVQ and HNC qualification. Having completed a Level 3 Btec qualification in Construction and the Built Environment, he has solid background knowledge of the industry. Daniel is keen to enhance his understanding as he continues his journey. In his free time, he enjoys excitement and adrenaline, playing lacrosse for England and mountain biking as and when he can.

Aaron Duggan

Originally from Widnes, Aaron is a recent BSc (Hons) Project Management graduate and an APM Prize winner. Aaron is a methodical and tactful project professional with a unique approach to problem solving and an eagerness to learn. With an eye for detail, Aaron’s aim is to add value to the unique and complex projects Pierre Angulaire is working on. During his downtime, Aaron is a keen Rugby player and Junior Crown Green Bowls Coach.

Oscar Bannister

Oscar is a young enthusiastic apprentice, working towards a Level 3 NVQ and Btec qualification at college. He has knowledge of the industry through being the son of Richard Bannister. Growing up all he listened to, was his dad talking about work over the dinner table. Outside of work he works with music as a DJ and produces some of his own songs.
