Number One is the first office within the £400million Kirkstall Forge 57 acre, mixed-use development of 1,050 homes and 300,000 sq ft of high quality offices, leisure, shops and restaurants. The oldest continually industrialised UK site, it intertwines placemaking, industrial heritage, sustainability, cultural values and quality, providing arguably one of the largest and most inspiring regeneration projects in the North of England.

Providing 111,000sqft of Grade A Commercial Office Space, Number One was the first building in Yorkshire to achieve the coveted WiredScore Platinum rating along with being an EPC A and BREEAM Excellent certified building which has scooped a trio of awards including the British Council for Offices (BCO), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Property Week’s Wellbeing Award.

On behalf of the developer CEG, we overseen £40million investment to clear and decontaminate this brownfield site, delivering flood defence works, infrastructure including a major river bridge and a new on-site railway station.
