CEG: South Bank is the £350million regeneration of a brownfield site, close to Leeds City centre. The mixed use Masterplan is looking to deliver 550 new homes, 315,000 sqft of commercial space and around 38,000 sqft of café, restaurants and other leisure spaces. Leeds City Plans Panel has unanimously voted to approve the planning application for CEG’s Southbank development in April 2018, deferring and delegating sign off to the Chief Planning Officer once final details of the planning legal agreement are in place.
Pierre Angulaire are working with the client, CEG, and their partners to establish a delivery strategy for the Masterplan. This includes building and coordinating a team of an international design team and negotiating with a wide range of stakeholders including, Leeds City Council, Network Rail, Canal and Rivers Trust, Historic England as well as adjacent landowners and other interested parties.
