Becketwell Performance Venue, Derby

The Becketwell Performance Venue is a mixed use, midscale, fully flexible venue designed to meet the entertainment and business needs of the city. The venue will be managed by world leading operator ASM Global and will be delivered as part of the £200M redevelopment masterplan in central Derby. Pierre Angulaire have been appointed as client-side project manager to oversee the scheme from feasibility to delivery. This includes project management and employer’s agent role on the demolition and enabling phase of the project.

The project required both funding and operator involvement up front and we worked closely with the client team and other key stakeholders to ensure a coordinated set of legal and construction documents was put in place in advance of progressing the Stage 3 design.
