Temple Masterplan, Leeds

Temple Masterplan is an ambitious strategic development that looks to increase the size of Leeds City Centre, expanding to the South and connecting the local neighbourhoods. At the heart of the development is the Grade1* Listed Temple Works which acts as the ‘jewel in the crown’. The wider development includes a strategic and land acquisition whilst partnering with Leeds City Council on a number of strategic planning, transport and sustainability initiatives to improve the area. The aspiration is to create 2 million sqft of development over the next 20 years.

The success of the Masterplan depends on a complex negotiation with local landowners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders. Pierre Angulaire is helping CEG across all workstreams to piece together the considerable jigsaw puzzle.
