Managing Director
Sports enthusiast, lover of live music, Foxes Fan and father of three boys. Gareth is a proven business and project director who sets high standards and leads by example to drive teams with enthusiasm and determination to create the conditions for success. A regeneration specialist who has been involved in the delivery of schemes across a range of sectors including mixed use and leisure led masterplans, he is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and get stuck into any issue in order to deliver value driven outcomes.
Howard Metcalf
Director
Business owner, family man, passionate Leeds Utd and Yorkshire CCC supporter but would watch Leeds tiddlywinks team if there was nothing else on. Music loving guitar player. Howard has spent the last 20 years making a difference to the built and social environments in the communities in which he has lived and worked, including the international cities of Tripoli, Libya and Cairo, Egypt. A specialist in delivering complex mixed use schemes his innovative approach has assisted many clients in unlocking project potential and driving value into successful delivery, which goes far beyond just bricks and mortar.
Garry Nisbet

Dad of three, lifelong Evertonian, casual snowboarder, social golfer, Tesla geek. Garry can as easily be found at the coal face of a construction contract as he can leading the strategic direction of a major master plan. Hard earned experience in a range of sectors has given him an impressive understanding of different procurement methods, contracts, and methods of managing stakeholders, as well as an exposure to numerous client organisations and contractors. He’s personable, hard-working and thrives on building and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients.
Tim Laycock

Will watch any sport, any shape ball. Enjoys fishing, wild camping, walking the dog and being around horses. Father of 3 but watching them leave the nest, one by one. A Programme and Project Manager with years of experience who works in a collaborative and an accommodating manner, who sees things differently, and who is always prepared to put in the extra mile to support his Clients and project teams in ensuring common goals are understood and objectives are met. Through his commitment and hard work, always putting his client’s interests first, Tim is a trusted partner who has developed many longstanding relationships.
Chris Grek

Cyclist, Pizza Enthusiast, Dad, Project Manager. Chris is a ‘Can do’ positive project manager who brings valuable experience of delivering projects for the last 15 years in private and public sector development with a robust understanding of contracts. Chris is a team player who always invests himself into projects to motivate people and strive to deliver the optimum outcomes for clients and their stakeholders. Chris cares for good, efficient design and is always open for learning and sharing project experiences in the interests of continuous improvement.
Dewi Davies

With a keen interest in woodwork Dewi combines his practical abilities with a passion for elegant solutions, both to his personal and professional projects. Inquisitive explorer and problem solver, he has an appreciation for detail whilst valuing the bigger picture. When not in his workshop, he offers a collaborative approach to supporting projects, and is a valued advisor and a safe pair of hands for his clients.
Nyall Lee
Project Manager
Sheffield Wednesday supporter (for his sins), keen traveller, most at peace mooching around the peak district with his whippet. A charted project manager, Nyall has experience working for main contractors and consultancies across a variety of sectors. Nyall opted to complete his degree part time earning valuable lessons “on the job” whilst studying, this has resulted in him accumulating 10 years’ of professional experience at a relatively young age. Nyall thrives of the camaraderie in project teams and takes joy in working collaboratively to achieve common goals which ultimately leave a lasting impression on the built environment.
