The scope of this role includes preparation of contract documents, preparing and issuing contract forms, notices and instructions, administering change control processes and reporting on progress.

Throughout the post-contract phase, we have a proven track record of working in partnership with our clients, professional teams and contractors to deliver projects successfully.

We sit between the client and the contractor, representing the best interests of the project, dealing with the day-to-day details and taking responsibility for the effective management of the contract.
